CHALLENGE:

Facet Wealth, a FinTech brand needed an on-boarding email series for new clients to increase brand trust, clarify product promises and give a sense of empowerment to their customers.

SOLUTION:

I designed this on-boarding email series using Figma, UI strategy and UX principles. I worked with a copywriter and on a team to support Facet Wealth’s current brand guidelines while creating a compelling user experience from product introduction to brand discovery and trust.
